Et si le v\u00e9hicule en question est un bus de 30 places, le d\u00e9fi devient encore plus s\u00e9rieux.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Le probl\u00e8me \u00e0 r\u00e9soudre\u00a0<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Un syst\u00e8me de climatisation qui p\u00e8se trop lourd sur la batterie risque de rendre vain l\u2019effort de conception de v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques respectueux de l\u2019environnement. En effet, certains constructeurs avaient r\u00e9solu le dilemme en montant un <strong>petit moteur \u00e0 combustion interne<\/strong> d\u00e9di\u00e9 exclusivement \u00e0 l\u2019alimentation de la climatisation. Dommage que, de cette fa\u00e7on, les objectifs \u00e9cologiques d\u2019un v\u00e9hicule 100% \u00e9lectrique se soient totalement volatilis\u00e9s\u202f!&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une autre solution possible consistait \u00e0 ajouter <strong>des batteries plus grandes<\/strong>, encombrantes et co\u00fbteuses, sans compter le poids suppl\u00e9mentaire qui se traduit par une consommation plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e. En bref, il fallait une approche nouvelle et durable, capable de ma\u00eetriser les d\u00e9penses et l\u2019impact sur les batteries.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Notre id\u00e9e\u00a0<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Lorsque <strong>Iveco<\/strong>, entreprise italienne leader dans le secteur des v\u00e9hicules utilitaires, nous a demand\u00e9 de trouver une solution pratique et efficace pour refroidir un bus pour le transport des personnes, nous avons imm\u00e9diatement pens\u00e9 \u00e0 la <strong>technologie eutectique<\/strong>\u202f: un syst\u00e8me qui permet d\u2019\u00ab\u202faccumuler\u202f\u00bb le froid pendant les heures o\u00f9 le v\u00e9hicule est \u00e0 l\u2019arr\u00eat, en exploitant l\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 disponible dans le r\u00e9seau au lieu de celle des batteries. Comment avons-nous fait\u202f? En partant d\u2019une id\u00e9e aussi simple qu\u2019efficace\u202f:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En pratique, nous avons utilis\u00e9 les <strong>compartiments au-dessus des si\u00e8ges<\/strong> pour installer <strong>des tuyaux remplis<\/strong> <strong>d\u2019eau distill\u00e9e<\/strong>. Pendant la nuit, lorsque le bus est connect\u00e9 au r\u00e9seau, l\u2019eau se refroidit consid\u00e9rablement, de sorte que pendant la journ\u00e9e, la <strong>ventilation interne<\/strong> peut faire passer l\u2019air \u00e0 travers ces tuyaux, refroidissant ainsi l\u2019habitacle. De cette fa\u00e7on, la seule consommation suppl\u00e9mentaire est celle des ventilateurs, sans peser sur la batterie principale.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Un projet en collaboration avec Iveco et l\u2019universit\u00e9\u00a0<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce syst\u00e8me est n\u00e9 d\u2019un travail d\u2019\u00e9quipe impliquant Iveco, <strong>l\u2019Universit\u00e9 du Pi\u00e9mont Oriental<\/strong> et nous, d\u2019ES Frigo. Le financement europ\u00e9en a permis d\u2019explorer des solutions in\u00e9dites, alliant recherche, ing\u00e9nierie et durabilit\u00e9. Les premiers tests ont \u00e9t\u00e9 un succ\u00e8s, \u00e0 tel point que le prototype a \u00e9t\u00e9 envoy\u00e9 dans une grande <strong>usine de test \u00e0<\/strong> <strong>Madrid<\/strong>, o\u00f9 Iveco dispose d\u2019installations de pointe pour tester les performances des v\u00e9hicules dans des conditions extr\u00eames.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Comment se sont d\u00e9roul\u00e9s les tests\u00a0<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans les hangars espagnols, l\u2019\u00e9quipe de chercheurs et de techniciens a mesur\u00e9 avec une extr\u00eame pr\u00e9cision les besoins \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques de notre syst\u00e8me de climatisation. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ces donn\u00e9es, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 possible de comprendre combien de <strong>kWh<\/strong> sont effectivement n\u00e9cessaires pour garder un bus \u00e9lectrique de taille moyenne au frais, en minimisant la perte d\u2019autonomie.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le r\u00e9sultat a \u00e9t\u00e9 positif \u00e0 bien des \u00e9gards\u202f:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\u00c9conomie d\u2019\u00e9nergie<\/strong>\u202f: une grande partie de l\u2019\u00e9nergie thermique \u00e9tait d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00ab\u202fs\u00e9questr\u00e9e\u202f\u00bb la nuit.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>R\u00e9duction des co\u00fbts<\/strong>\u202f: pas de moteurs auxiliaires ni de batteries suppl\u00e9mentaires \u00e9normes.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Confort pour les passagers<\/strong>\u202f: la temp\u00e9rature int\u00e9rieure restait agr\u00e9ablement fra\u00eeche m\u00eame aux heures les plus chaudes.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Pourquoi s\u2019agissait-il d\u2019un projet sp\u00e9cial\u00a0<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>R\u00e9aliser un syst\u00e8me de climatisation eutectique pour un bus de 30 places a \u00e9t\u00e9 un v\u00e9ritable bond dans le futur. Nous avons associ\u00e9 notre expertise dans le transport frigorifique \u00e0 un secteur en pleine \u00e9volution, celui des <strong>v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce n\u2019est pas tous les jours que l\u2019on contribue \u00e0 un projet qui vise \u00e0 r\u00e9duire les \u00e9missions de CO\u2082 tout en maintenant le confort des passagers, le tout sans compromettre l\u2019autonomie du v\u00e9hicule. Travailler en \u00e9troite collaboration avec <strong>Iveco<\/strong> et les <strong>chercheurs universitaires<\/strong> nous a permis de relever des d\u00e9fis techniques in\u00e9dits et de collecter des donn\u00e9es pr\u00e9cieuses pour les d\u00e9veloppements futurs.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce bus \u00e9lectrique \u00e0 accumulation de froid est un exemple concret de la fa\u00e7on dont l\u2019innovation peut ouvrir de nouvelles voies pour la <strong>mobilit\u00e9 durable<\/strong>.
